    The invention relates to an enveloping element for fastening, in particular plugging onto books, according to the preamble of claim 1 for protection.
    Such enveloping elements are easy to attach to a front or rear cover of a book and also to remove again and closed at least to the top and bottom of a cover. If necessary, the cover sheet can also be opened to the top and bottom of a cover, but must then be attached to the cover by means of fastening elements, for example by means of Velcro strips. Such robust dust jackets are used in particular for school books, but also diaries, timers or the like and are usually offered in different heights, widths and thicknesses.
    However, the previously existing on the market wrapping elements do not have the ability to file the wrapping element together with or without the book, booklet or the like, since no device on such known cover sheets are available for this. In addition, it is disadvantageous that such cover sheets have hitherto allowed individual sheets or entire stacks of sheets to be inserted into such cover sheets in a fan-like manner and secured by means of an elastic band or the like that can be pulled over the corners of the cover sheet, but if there is no security there is a risk of the sheets or stacks of sheets falling out due to the elastic band mentioned. Thus, papers, copies and the like that are to be carried permanently are stored insecurely in cover sheets of this type.
    It is also desirable to create a one-piece device which is flexible with regard to the objects or documents to be transported with the respective book and, moreover, can easily be attached to and removed from the binding cover.
    The object of the invention is to create an enveloping element which eliminates the disadvantages described above.
    The object described above is achieved by the enveloping element described in the protection claim 1 for attaching, in particular, attaching to books, notebooks.
    The core idea of the invention is that with an enveloping element for fastening in particular plugging on books, notebooks or the like, which consists of a cover sheet closed at least to the top and bottom of a cover made of flexible material, the cover sheet on a front or rear The cover of a book, booklet can be fastened, in particular slipped on, the cover sheet having an element for filing perforated papers on the inner side of the cover and a perforated strip on the outer side of the cover. This can also be arranged vice versa, so the cover sheet can have the perforated strip element (8) on the inner side of the cover (3) and the element (6) for filing perforated papers on the outer side of the cover (3).
    This has the advantage that the enveloping element, seen on its own or together with the book or the booklet on which the element is placed, can be filed elsewhere by means of the perforated strip element. Or the perforated strip element can be used to attach further papers or other objects to the enveloping element, for example with the aid of a filing strip.
    At the same time, the filing strip or the element for filing perforated papers can be used to attach perforated papers to the enveloping element in a simple manner, this attachment preferably being carried out on the inside of the book or the cover. The filing of perforated sheets can also take place, for example, by means of a fastening tongue on the inside of the cover by means of this element for filing perforated papers. The stapling tongue can be attached both to the cover sheet directly covering the cover and to a foldable edge part of the cover sheet. Incidentally, this also applies to the perforated strip element, which can also be attached to the cover sheet with a foldable edge part of the cover sheet.
    According to a preferred embodiment, the cover sheet has at least one pocket-like compartment folder on the side covering the outer cover. The compartment folder has two or more compartments for holding documents, loose sheets and documents, which are secured against falling out, for example with corner elastic bands.
    The compartments of the compartment folder are advantageously designed as double-walled insert films. The insert foils are constructed in such a way that they are open towards the top of the book, so that a higher front wall than a rear wall or a higher rear wall than a front wall to form a paragraph can preferably be formed on this upper side of the double-walled insert foils. This means that simple finger handling of the double-walled film, due to the present paragraph, makes it easier to insert papers and documents into the double-walled insertable film or film pocket. This ensures that documents are stored securely, in particular permanently. Thus, there is no risk that if a corner rubber is forgotten to stretch over the corner, documents can fall out of this enveloping element or the cover sheet.
    Since the enveloping element is equipped with a compartment folder, this can have a register cut to facilitate the organization of documents. Another possibility to facilitate the arrangement of documents to be inserted is that the compartments of the compartment folder are kept in different colors, for example transparent or opaque colors. The individual compartments of the compartment folder can also be designed as insert pages, that is to say as compartments open towards the upper and lower edges of the enveloping element, in order to facilitate the insertion of individual document sheets.
    According to a preferred embodiment, the cover sheet on the side covering the outer cover has at least one pocket-like element which is open and closable on at least one side.
    The pocket-like element is preferably designed as a film pocket, which in its external dimensions corresponds approximately to that of the attached envelope sheet. This rests on the cover in the manner of an envelope. The one-piece design with the cover sheet ensures a firm fit on the cover. The pocket shape is formed by, for example, a three-quarter-sided or half-sided pocket which is closed along the cover edges and open to the back of the cover and the open side can be covered and closed by an overlapping flap. It can be closed, for example, by means of a point-like Velcro fastener or press studs. The corners of the enveloping element are preferably rounded in order to avoid injury to the user.
    Preferably, the cover sheet can be fastened by a fastening element on the front or rear book cover, booklet cover or the like. The fastening can for example take place by means of a Velcro strip or a corner elastic band, in particular when the size of the enveloping element is significantly larger than that of the cover. Often, however, a simple plugging of the enveloping element onto the outer cover is sufficient.
    In addition, the cover sheet can have further pocket-like plug-in elements on the side opposite the side having the pocket-like element. These additional insert pockets can be designed as corner pockets in a triangular shape or in a half-side shape and are used for additional accommodation of unperforated documents.
    In particular in the embodiment as a single pocket, the pocket-like element can be closed reversibly by means of Velcro. Snap fasteners for closing the pocket are also conceivable.
    The foldable side edge of the cover sheet preferably has a reinforcing corrugation. This reinforces the back of the cover sheet and makes it easier to adapt the enveloping element to the shape and amount of documents inserted.
    The following drawings serve to illustrate the invention and show in Figure 1 a side view of an enveloping element according to the invention with an element for filing perforated papers and a perforated strip element and a pocket-like element; FIG. 2 shows the enveloping element according to the embodiment according to FIG. 1 in an oblique view; FIG. 3 shows an oblique view of a wrapping element with an element for filing perforated papers.
    The enveloping element 1 shown in Fig. 1 consists of an at least to the top and bottom of a cover 3 closed envelope sheet 2 made of flexible material, for example plastic, which is attached to the front cover of a book and on its outer cover 3 covering side has at least one pocket-like element 4, which is open to at least one side and can be closed, for example, by means of a point-like Velcro fastener or a snap fastener.
    The cover sheet 2 additionally carries on the side opposite the pocket-like element 4 having an element 6 for filing perforated papers, for example a tack on the inside of the cover 3. In other conceivable embodiments, these elements 4, 6 could of course on any Be arranged side of the cover.
    In addition, a perforated strip element 8 is arranged on the outside, by means of which a filing of the enveloping element or an additional attachment of filing strips or a filing of the enveloping element together with the book is possible.
    The film-like pocket 4 corresponds in its outer dimensions approximately to that of the attached envelope sheet 2 and rests on the cover 3 in the manner of an envelope. The one-piece design with the cover sheet 2 ensures a firm fit on the cover 3.
    The corners of the enveloping element 1 are preferably rounded in order to avoid injury to the user. The open side of the pocket 4 is covered by an overlapping flap which is formed in one piece with the envelope sheet.
    In Fig. 2, the training is again clearly shown as a compartment folder. In this case, the pocket-like element 4 is designed as a compartment folder 5. The individual compartments 9 of the compartment folder 5 can be present in any number, whereby there are preferably 2 or more compartments 9 for holding documents and the like.
    The documents arranged between the compartments can be secured against falling out, for example with corner elastic bands.
    The corner elastic bands are attached to the outer side of the fan and can thus also firmly span the entire book.
    The compartments 9 can also, as shown, be designed as insert pages, that is, as open to the upper and lower edges of the enveloping element to facilitate the insertion of individual document sheets or to the upper and / or lower sides of the Cover 3 be closed.
    In a similar way, the compartment folder 5 can have a register cut to facilitate the organization of documents. Here too, on the side opposite the pocket-like element 4, the cover sheet 2 has a stapling tongue 6 on the inside of the cover 3 for filing punched documents and papers.
    The compartments 9 of the compartment folder 5 are preferably designed as double-walled insert films. These plug-in foils 9 are preferably designed to be open towards the top of the book or the enveloping element, so that different documents can be permanently inserted into these double-walled plug-in foils from above.
    A front wall 10 of a double-walled insert film can be formed lower in the upper region, that is to say on the top of the insert film, than a rear wall 11 of this double-walled insert film. This advantageously has the result that a type of shoulder 12 is formed, which results from a height difference between the front wall 10 and the rear wall 11. As a result, documents can be inserted and removed quickly with little effort when the enveloping element is handled by one person. Such a shoulder 12 is advantageously one to five millimeters in height.
    Of course, the rear wall 11 can also be designed lower than the front wall 10 in order to form such a shoulder.
    In Fig. 3 it is again clearly shown in an oblique view of an enveloping element 1 with an element for filing perforated papers that such an element for filing perforated papers is preferably arranged on the inside of a cover 3 of a book.
    In addition to papers, it is of course also possible to attach protective covers and the like that can be stapled on the staple tongue 6. As indicated, the element can preferably be arranged on a part of the cover sheet 2 that can be folded over. This also applies to the perforated strip element, which can also be arranged or formed on a foldable part or as a foldable part of the cover sheet 2.
    In addition, the cover sheet 2 contains on the side opposite the pocket-like element having further pocket-like plug-in elements 7, which, as shown, can be designed as corner pockets 7 in triangular shape or in half-page shape. Unperforated documents or records can preferably be accommodated here.
    With the help of the proposed enveloping element for attaching or attaching to books, notebooks or the like, these can now be used more multifunctionally, since the filing of documents can be done in a more space-saving and clear manner than with the previously common use of several document folders. The functionality of the proposed enveloping element thus goes far beyond the loose cover usually used in book production, which is placed around a book and tucked in at the front edge of the cover.
    All of the features disclosed in the application documents are claimed as essential to the invention, provided that they are new to the prior art, individually or in combination.
